Keith Cohrs, owner of Brookfield Custom Homes, is a native Houstonian and has a passion for building. He received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A & M University. He has 27 years of experience and education in the residential construction business. He began Brookfield Custom Homes in March, 1999.

Keith has surrounded himself with an outstanding team of professionals. He truly believes that “building a home is a team effort between the builder, customer, architect, interior designer, suppliers and trades.” He knows that without his dedicated team, building the quality home that his customers expect is impossible.

Since we are a small company, Keith is able to have a hands-on approach. He explains, “I handle all construction issues and supervision myself. I like to know firsthand what is happening on our jobs.” This approach produces homes that consistently match the buyers’ expectations.
